H.I.I.T. Classes/Core Conditioning
Tue, Wed, Thur 6:00 am
On Tuesdays, come out and join us for a fast paced total body workout involving body weight exercises, cardio drills, and weights! This training which involves quick bursts of exercise with limited recovery has been proven to burn calories, build lean muscle, lose fat and improve heart health. On Thursdays we will train using a circuit method style including the TRX, resistance bands, balance & dumbbells as well as body weight exercises. Bring water and a towel, and join us for an awesome workout to start your day off right!

Core conditioning goes beyond the “six pack” and crunches as the core unit engages all the muscles of your torso, involving muscles that stabilize your spine, pelvis and shoulders. Strengthening your core muscles will help your body move properly both in everyday movements and exercise.

Tuesday nights 5:00 pm – 5:35 pm
Are you new or starting back to working out after sometime away from exercise? This 35 minute class is designed to help guide you through proper exercise techniques and movements, increasing your strength, cardiovascular endurance and core strengthening. This small group fitness class is an excellent way to build confidence in your abilities and is a stepping stone to move forward in your health and fitness goals. (Maximum 8 participants: minimum 4 per class).
4 weeks; $45
Tuesdays 6:00 pm & 7:15 pm
Barbells, dumbbells, & calisthenics are the name of the game in this class. Building functional strength is the main focus for this small group fitness class. There is a maximum 4 participants due to the individual instruction & training given along with priority of proper lifting techniques, posture and mind to muscle control and connection. (Minimum for class 3 people; $68)
Water bottle, towel and weight gloves are recommended. Weather permitting we may even get outside and enjoy the playground equipment for body weight exercises!
